3:00 – 4:00 PM | Doors Open & Vendor Market Kick-Off
➡️ DJ sets the vibe: upbeat welcome playlist.
➡️ Go Live: Promoter + Host walk vendors, interview, highlight booths.
🛍 Guests shop vendor booths (food, drinks, products, fashion, candles, etc.).
➡️ Hair Museum Bookstore featured at entrance (highlight books + classes).
4:00 – 4:30 PM | Welcome & Opening Presentation
➡️ Host Geezy Allstar welcomes crowd.
➡️ Domonique introduces The Hair Museum — mission of diversity, education, growth.
➡️ Show video/photos: before & after hair growth + diversity techniques
4:30 – 5:30 PM | Salon Collections of Diversity

Each salon team gets 20 mins (model 80% done, finish live on stage).
➡️ Show straight, wavy, curly, coily hair techniques.
Models do runway walk to music.
➡️ Optional: short pre-submitted salon video plays before demo.
➡️ 3 salons + 1 makeup artist = ~4 slots in this hour
5:30 – 6:30 PM | Platform Artist Showcase
➡️ 6 platform artists, 2 at a time (20 mins each).
➡️ Techniques: Haircuts, Color, Extensions, Quick Weaves, Wigs.
➡️ DJ + Host introduce each set.
➡️ Salon video highlights can roll between changes.
6:30 – 7:15 PM | Barber Battle – Round 1
➡️ Two groups of 5 barbers (10 total).
➡️ Timed rounds: Fades, Designs, Freestyle (10 mins each).
➡️ Max 5 barbers on stage at once. Crowd voting + judges.
7:15 – 7:30 PM | Nail Showcase

➡️ Creative nail artists present looks (not a battle, more of a showcase).
➡️ Models walk stage with spotlighted nails.
7:30 – 8:00 PM | New Stylist Competition + Runway
➡️ New stylists present finished looks on models.
➡️ Host announces stylist + model names.
➡️ Runway walk + short bio on each stylist.
➡️ Winner announced: Education + job placement prize
8:00 – 8:30 PM | Honoree Ceremony – “Giving Flowers”

➡️ Recognition of veteran stylists, salon leaders, and community contributors
➡️ Short tribute videos/photos for each honoree
➡️ Present awards + flowers.
8:30 – 9:00 PM | Grand Finale & Closing
➡️ DJ high-energy mix.
